Overexposure

Light touches every human experience, transcending culture, age, and identity. This collection is built around the idea of how light can reveal, conceal, and transform regardless of who is witnessing it. Overexposure focuses on the undeniable importance of both natural and artificial light in everyday life, taking inspiration from light sources varying from dappled sunlight passing through trees, to flickering candlelight or stark and jarring fluorescent lighting. These different lighting conditions not only have an effect on the garments in this collection, but also the emotional state of mind of the wearer and the observer.
